If you must cancel after booking, the following cancellation fees apply:

| 6 to 3 days before | 30% of fee |
| 2 days before | 50% of fee |
| 1 day before | 80% of fee |
| Same day / no contact | 100% of fee |
No cancellation fee will be charged in the following cases:
- When we cancel the tour due to poor sea conditions on the day
- When you cannot attend due to flight delay/cancellation caused by bad weather (airline certificate required)
Refunds will be processed according to your payment method:
- Credit card: Cancellation via Square
- Bank transfer: Refund to your designated account, less the transfer fee
